Gretchen was in a pinch recently when she realized she had nothing to make for breakfast the next morning. She remembered a muffin recipe she had tried that uses Bisquick and a few other pantry staples.
These muffins saved the day. They’re easy to whip up, bake in no time and provide a homemade option on busy mornings!
Ingredients
• 3 cups Bisquick
• ¾ cup sugar
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 2 large eggs
• ⅔ cup milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350º
2. In a large bowl, whisk together Bisquick, sugar and cinnamon
3. Stir in milk and eggs
4. Spoon batter into prepared muffin tins (we use these cupcake liners)
5. Bake for approximately 20 minutes. Remove and let cool.
JTI Tip: Cut the muffins in half and pop in the microwave for 20 seconds. Serve warm with butter and/or jam. Enjoy!
