We finally tried the somewhat "controversial" butter boards that were inundating our instagram feeds! We are happy to say that despite some naysayers, they were SO delicious, beautiful and best of all, easy to shop for and create. Our main advice...don't overthink it. Make sure the ingredients are quality and that's the most important thing. We didn't measure a whole bunch - merely sprinkled the ingredients until the board "looked" pretty and felt ready! As for the "board" or vessel you use, again, don't overthink. A pretty cutting board with a handle is lovely, as well as a silver or wooden platter. We used a silver one for the Christmas board as it felt more festive! This looks beautiful on a holiday table. Whether you are hosting or bringing, this is a great option.
